We’re looking for a freelance content creator who can make people stop scrolling. Someone who understands short-form video, thinks in hooks, and can bring a brand to life with personality, wit, and clarity.

What You’ll Create

Short-form video content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts — think fast, punchy, entertaining
Static image content and graphics that carry the same visual identity
Concepts that use humour and character to make our industry genuinely watchable
Content tailored to specific customer types — you’ll be briefed on who we’re talking to
A consistent brand voice that feels human, not corporate
What We’re Looking For

Proven track record creating short-form video content that performs (views, shares, engagement — not just aesthetics)
A strong eye for storytelling — character consistency across cuts, natural pacing, genuine hooks
Ability to research an unfamiliar industry and generate ideas independently
Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, and production
Self-directed — you won’t be spoon-fed a brief every week
UK market awareness is important for this role — our audience and context is very specifically British
The Assessment

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a practical task: create a short-form video concept for our brand. We’ll be looking at your thinking as much as the output — concept, hook, audience awareness, and execution all count.

Compensation: project-based rates for initial work, with the opportunity to move to a monthly retainer for ongoing content as the relationship develops — based on experience and portfolio quality
