This is a full-time, remote role for a Salesforce Core Developer. The primary responsibility includes designing, developing, debugging, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet specified business needs. Key tasks include working on software development, integrating Salesforce with other platforms, optimizing back-end functionalities, and utilizing object-oriented programming. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to design efficient and scalable solutions will also be integral to the role.
Qualifications
• Support and maintain Sales, Service, and Education Clouds.
• Configure and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud for lead and opportunity management
• Configure/customize Salesforce workflows, approvals, case management, and student lifecycle features.
• Develop custom logic and UI using Apex, Visualforce, LWC/Aura.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems such PeopleSoft SIS, ERP, Sitefinity CMS and iPaaS (MuleSoft/Boomi).
Design, configure, and deploy Einstein Bots.
• Manage and ensure appropriate security roles, authorization and role based access control.
• Produce dashboards, reports and documentation.
• Manage release cycles via Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
• 5+ years of experience as Salesforce Core Developer
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Education Cloud and Community Cloud.
• Experience with Einstein Bots and Agentforce.
• Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, Education Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant are preferred.
