At Metaplier, we’re expanding our Referral Department and looking for detail-oriented, reliable English Call Center Specialist (US Medical Clinic ) to join our growing team.

📍 Location & Schedule

Location: Remote (Prefer candidates based in Cairo, Egypt)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM Cairo Time)
🔹 Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service with strong phone etiquette
Answer inbound calls and schedule patient appointments
Process and manage insurance referrals from start to completion
Accurately input a minimum of 50 referrals per day
Review and interpret EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and patient billing statements
🔹 Requirements

Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Answering phones
schedule and rescheduling appointments
Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service
Experience handling insurance referrals (start to finish)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
🔹 What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay efficient under pressure
Previous experience in a medical/healthcare setting is highly preferred
