Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, working from home. The role involves managing and building customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and engaging with potential clients to identify their needs. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, conducting training sessions when needed, and collaborating with the sales management team to implement effective strategies and meet company objectives.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to engage and interact effectively with clients
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet or exceed targets
Experience in Training and mentoring team members to drive performance
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
