Job Description:

We’re looking for a Remote Sales Manager who leads from the front not from behind a desk. If you enjoy closing deals, handling outbound calls, and pushing both yourself and your team to hit targets, this role is for you.

This is not a passive management role. You’ll be actively involved in cold calling, lead generation, and conversion, while supporting a small team to achieve consistent results. If you’re someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and focuses on outcomes, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily cold calls and follow-ups to generate and qualify leads
Convert leads into booked appointments and sales opportunities
Support and guide a small sales team to meet performance targets
Track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
Assist in developing and improving sales strategies
Build strong relationships with prospects and customers
Generate reviews, referrals, and repeat business opportunities

Qualifications:

At least 2 years’ experience in sales or sales management
Strong background in cold calling and lead generation
Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work independently in a remote setup
