Job Description

Tenex is a real-estate operations & tenant-experience platform used by owners/operators to run communities end-to-end. We’re looking for someone ambitious and coachable — comfortable with targets, serious about quality, and disciplined enough to win in a remote setup.

 

If you can do outreach that doesn’t feel like scripted outreach — we want you.

ABM outbound. KSA pipeline. Egypt pilot. Clear playbooks. Real growth path.

 

What success looks like in 60 days:
Know ICP + personas
Run sequences independently
Book 3–4 qualified meetings/week
Clean HubSpot hygiene + consistent activity

Responsibilities

Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers
Update and manage all outbound activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities

This is NOT a “call 500 people” job
You’ll do account-based outbound: research the right companies, find the right decision makers, write personalized Arabic outreach, and book meetings that actually convert.

 

What you’ll do
Pick target accounts (developers, compounds, FM companies) and map decision makers
Run multi-channel outreach: LinkedIn + email + calls (structured sequences)
Qualify inbound/outbound leads → book solid discovery calls
Hit 12–16 qualified meetings/month (quality > volume)
Track everything in HubSpot
Help open Egypt market by engaging top developers/operators for our pilot

You’ll be a fit if you are
Egypt-based
Native Arabic + good English
1–3 years in SDR/lead gen/outbound
You can write outreach that sounds human (not copy/paste)
Comfortable with calls + email as part of a process
Self-managed (remote work = discipline)

Nice to have
Familiarity with KSA market + business culture
SaaS / PropTech / Real Estate exposure
Tools: Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly/Lemlist
ABM mindset (named accounts, deep research)
