🔹 Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve monthly hiring targets.
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle across multiple clients.
• Provide coaching, support, and performance feedback to the recruitment team.
• Ensure high-quality candidate pipelines through sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver effective hiring solutions.
🔹 Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment (real estate sector is a plus).
• Previous experience leading or mentoring a team.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proactive, organized, and committed to delivering results.
• Fluency in English is an advantage.
