One of our clients is hiring an Email Specialist to support AI training workflows for a leading artificial intelligence research initiative. This project-based role involves working directly within email and digital collaboration tools to help train and evaluate advanced AI systems.
About the Role
This opportunity is well-suited for detail-oriented, digitally fluent individuals who are comfortable working across modern communication tools. The role offers practical exposure to AI systems and may extend into longer-term project work based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Support AI training workflows by working directly within an email client
Follow structured processes to review, organize, and handle email-based tasks
Interact with digital tools such as Gmail, Slack, and Google Calendar
Work with structured data formats to support AI evaluation (light JSON exposure preferred)
Maintain high accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across tasks
Adapt quickly to evolving workflows and project requirements
Ideal Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures
Comfort working across digital tools and interfaces (digital-native profile)
Familiarity with JSON or structured data formats preferred but not required
Background in STEM or technical disciplines (undergraduate or master’s students encouraged)
Digitally skilled professionals and freelancers encouraged to apply
