Terms & Conditions: Delivery, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

 

1. Delivery of Digital Products All services and products offered are strictly digital. Upon successful payment confirmation, access to digital products (including downloadable PDF guides, video training, and automated bot subscriptions) is delivered instantly via email or direct link. No physical items will be shipped.

2. Refund Policy for Digital Downloads (PDFs & Videos) Due to the immediate access and nature of digital goods, purchases of downloadable resources are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered to your email/device.

3. Cancellation Policy for Subscription Services Subscriptions to our automated services are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellations must be requested through our website or by contacting support prior to the start of your next billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations; you will retain access to the service until the end of your current paid period.

4. 14-Day Exception for Technical Failures You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase only if a documented technical failure on our end prevents you from initially accessing the purchased digital product or activating the subscription service.

5. Refund Processing All approved refunds will be processed free of charge and issued back to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank or card balance, as processing times vary by card issuer.

6. Requesting a Cancellation or Refund All requests for subscription cancellations or eligible refunds must be submitted directly through our website’s contact form or via our official support email (help@egytalent.com).
