Role Description
This is a contract-based freelance role for an experienced HR Recruiter with three years of relevant experience. In this remote position, the HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing healthcare professional candidates to meet client needs. Additional responsibilities include conducting recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate databases, and coordinating the hiring process to ensure a seamless experience for both clients and applicants.
Qualifications
Proficiency in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination
Experience in recruitment strategies, database management, and hiring processes
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Knowledge of the healthcare industry or recruitment in the Gulf region is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Familiarity with recruitment tools, software, and platforms
Ability to uphold confidentiality and professional ethics in hiring practices
