ERP Systems Consultant | Full-Time | Remote (MENA Region)

We are a trusted recruitment partner supporting software system providers across the region. On behalf of a growing Software Systems Company, we are seeking an experienced ERP Systems Consultant to lead system implementation, optimization, and client support initiatives.

This is a full-time remote role, open to candidates based in the MENA region.

About the Role

As an ERP Systems Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring ERP solutions, and supporting successful system implementations. You will work closely with clients and internal technical teams to ensure ERP systems align with operational needs and deliver measurable value.

This role is ideal for a professional who combines strong business process knowledge with technical system expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze client business requirements and translate them into ERP system solutions
Configure, customize, and support ERP modules based on client needs
Lead or support ERP implementation and deployment projects
Conduct system testing, user training, and post-implementation support
Identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve integration or system-related issues
Prepare documentation, reports, and implementation plans
Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with agreed scope
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
Proven experience in ERP implementation or ERP consulting roles
Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, or Operations)
Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar)
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote work environment
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
