Key Responsibilities
Support Lighting Sales for Middle East projects
Manage day-to-day operations of the lighting solutions department, ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency
Coordinate closely with Sales, Technical, Logistics, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution
Maintain proper documentation for quotations, technical submittals, order confirmations, delivery schedules, and client communications
Monitor inventory and logistics, including ordering, receiving, and shipping of products
Ensure all project-related information is properly recorded, updated, and shared with relevant teams
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and documented resolution
Assist with administrative and reporting tasks as required
Perform other related tasks supporting lighting sales and sales operations
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field (preferred)
Strong time management and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with good documentation practices
Positive and professional attitude
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Willing to learn and undergo training
Experience in logistics and procurement is an advantage

Salary Range
USD 500 – 800 (depending on skills and experience)
