Job Description

The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving demand generation efforts for Nuummite in the Middle East market. This role oversees the first stage of the sales cycle — identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities by targeting contacts that match our Ideal Customer Profile.

The role is heavily focused on researching target accounts within the assigned territory and executing structured outreach campaigns through email, phone calls, and social media. The Business Development Executive will receive guidance and mentorship from senior sales leaders to support professional growth and performance excellence.

This position reports directly to the Managing Director and will have defined KPIs related to demand generation, in addition to regular business development and sales responsibilities. The employee is expected to proactively initiate and follow up with business prospects and provide consistent daily reporting on demand generation activities.

 

 

Good to have:

BA or MA graduate from the field of Business Administration.
Previous business development and/or demand generation background is a plus.
Ease of communication with C-level executive types of people.
Well-structured demand generation process with excellent follow-up capabilities using CRM tools.
Ability to execute on the assigned tasks and report from them on a daily basis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Digital Analytics and marketing savvy.
Excellent interpersonal, social and networking skills.
Flexible and adaptable with ability to learn quickly.
Ability to build relationships and establish rapport, and network constantly.
Positive attitude, enthusiastic and result driven individual.

Key Responsibilities:

Identifies prospects for Nuummite products and services by actively seeking new potential sales opportunities through prospecting campaigns.
Build Targeted Lists: Utilize ZoomInfo to build and refine lists, ensuring accurate and relevant targeting.
LinkedIn Connection Building: Develop and execute strategies for LinkedIn connections, cold messaging, and relationship building.
Messaging Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects to maintain engagement.
Scheduling Meetings: Set appointments with qualified leads.
Manages prospects with the support of Dubai’s regional team.
Gathers feedback from prospects and shares with internal teams.
Maintains relationships with prospects and nurtures them until the potential opportunity arises.
Identifies prospecting improvements by analyzing each step of them and improving individual campaign touches (emails, social media, cold calls).
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Creates frequent reviews and reports with demand generation and sales data.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.
Contributes to the team’s effort by accomplishing related results as needed and collaborating with team members to achieve better results.
