Job Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Cold Caller focused on the business-to-business (B2B) market in the KSA and UK. The Cold Caller will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, delivering professional sales pitches, qualifying leads, updating and maintaining accurate records of clients and call outcomes, and building and sustaining client relationships to drive sales growth. The role requires understanding client needs and effectively communicating the value of our audit and risk management services.

 

Qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive selling skills
Fluent English
Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and client engagement
Knowledge of B2B sales processes and familiarity with the KSA or the UK market
Ability to manage client information and interactions using CRM platforms
Proficiency in both written and spoken English; fluency in Arabic is an advantage
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
Positive attitude, resilience, and a goal-driven mindset
Previous experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role is preferred
