Role Overview

Drive customer outcomes and revenue growth for OptimizeGEO, a category-defining platform at the intersection of AI-powered search, SEO intelligence, and marketing performance. You’ll own the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to expansion, ensuring enterprise and mid-market clients realise measurable ROI and treat OptimizeGEO as strategic infrastructure.

What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)

Retention: Maintain 95%+ gross renewal rate across your portfolio
Adoption: Drive active usage across markets and languages
Expansion: Identify and close upsell opportunities in collaboration with Sales
Advocacy: Generate case studies, testimonials, and referrals Impact: Customers articulate clear ROI tied to search visibility and revenue influence

Key Responsibilities

Own onboarding, activation, and ongoing success for enterprise/mid-market

accounts

Translate platform insights into actionable marketing and SEO strategies
Conduct executive-level Quarterly Business Reviews focused on outcomes, not

metrics

Proactively identify risks, expansion opportunities, and product feedback
Manage escalations with urgency and professionalism across global time zones
Build scalable playbooks for onboarding, renewals, and regional rollouts
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams

Experience

What We’re Looking For

3-7 years in Customer Success, Account Management, Digital Marketing, or

Consulting

Proven track record in B2B SaaS, preferably MarTech, SEO platforms, or analytics

tools

Experience supporting global, multi-stakeholder accounts (bonus: agency + SaaS

background)

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of SEO, search behaviour, and digital discovery
Familiarity with AI-powered search, LLMs, and generative engine optimisation (GEO)
Proficiency in using GA4 and Google Search Console to map “Zero-Click” visibility

and AI-attributed traffic back to tangible business outcomes.

Expert at interpreting fragmented data trends to build compelling, executive-level

narratives that prove ROI.

Ability to translate platform insights into actionable marketing strategies for clients.
Understand referral source tracking, UTM & link analysis, branded search volume, direct site traffic patterns and conversion lift/rate analysis for effective story-telling

Fluency in languages beyond English (Spanish, French, German, or Arabic a plus)
