This remote, high-earning closing role prioritizes warm and inbound leads (trade shows, referrals, marketing inquiries), with outbound options for additional commission upside. Key Responsibilities
Lead and close high-value service deals via Zoom discovery calls, tailored presentations, negotiations, and objection handling.
Own the full sales cycle: Qualify opportunities, deliver compelling ROI/cost-savings pitches, and secure commitments.
Focus on warm/inbound pipeline while conducting targeted outbound outreach to brands with ongoing purchasing volume.
Foster long-term client relationships: Support smooth onboarding handovers to operations, maintain engagement for retention, and spot upsell potential.
Manage pipeline and reporting: Track activities, forecast accurately, and update via CRM and internal tools (e.g., ClickUp).
Contribute to process excellence: Help refine sales scripts, pitches, and positioning for continuous improvement.

Essential Requirements
5+ years of proven closing experience in B2B service-based sales (e.g., Sourcing, Procurement, logistics, SaaS, or similar high-value services)
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Expertise in value-based selling (ROI, cost reduction, operational efficiency)
Outstanding English communication; highly confident leading Zoom calls, demos, and negotiations
Self-starter with strong pipeline ownership, resilience to objections, and comfort with commission-heavy structures
Immediate availability and reliable overlap with US timezones (CET afternoon alignment ideal)
