At Qoyod, we’re looking for a Billing & Activation Specialist to support customer onboarding and billing operations. This is an excellent opportunity to build hands-on experience in subscription billing, financial operations, and SaaS systems while working with SMB customers across the GCC region.

What You’ll Do:
Assist in processing new customer activations and service setup
Create and update customer billing profiles with accurate pricing and subscription details
Review billing information to ensure accuracy before invoicing
Help identify and resolve billing or activation issues
Follow up on pending activation requests to ensure timely completion
Maintain accurate records in billing systems and internal tools
Coordinate with Sales and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding activation and billing status
The ideal candidate has:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational, time management, communication skills
Basic understanding of accounting principles is a strong plus
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
