This is a temporary, remote role for a Learning Management System (LMS) IT Administrator. The LMS IT Administrator will be responsible for providing technical support, overseeing network and system administration, troubleshooting issues, and managing learning management systems to ensure optimal performance. The role involves addressing system requirements, performing regular updates, and maintaining a seamless user experience across the LMS platform.
Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and ability to maintain user and administrator functionalities.
Strong expertise in Technical Support and Troubleshooting for IT systems and applications.
Experience in Network Administration and System Administration in an IT environment.
In-depth knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and ability to maintain user and administrator functionalities.
Proficiency in Information Technology processes and understanding of IT best practices.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within professional teams remotely.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in healthcare or education technology systems is an advantage.
This role is entirely remote. Although the role offers flexible hours, the LMS IT administrator is expected to devote 4 hours per day/ 5 days per week. This is a temporary role for approximately 6 months, subject to extension.
