The Role
We’re seeking a Senior Social Media Manager who lives and breathes digital communities. You’ll be the architect of our social presence, crafting compelling content that resonates, building authentic connections, and turning followers into passionate advocates. This isn’t just about posting, it’s about creating meaningful engagement that drives real business impact.
What you will do
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and emerging channels)
• Create scroll-stopping content using tools like Canva, ensuring every post aligns with our brand voice and aesthetic
• Build and nurture thriving online communities through authentic engagement, thoughtful responses, and proactive conversation
• Master community management—from addressing comments and DMs to identifying brand advocates and managing potential crises
• Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends, adapting our strategy accordingly
• Analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights that drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all touchpoints
What you bring
• Platform mastery: Deep understanding of social media platforms, their unique audiences, content formats, and best practices
• Design proficiency: Strong skills in Canva (or similar tools) to create visually compelling, on-brand content
• Community expertise: Proven track record in community management—you know how to spark conversations, build loyalty, and handle tough situations with grace
• Content strategy: You understand the full content lifecycle from ideation to distribution to optimization
• Engagement mindset: You know engagement isn’t vanity—it’s about creating value, fostering connection, and driving meaningful actions
• Trend awareness: You’re constantly exploring what’s next, experimenting with new features, and staying culturally relevant
• Data literacy: Comfortable analyzing metrics, running A/B tests, and making data-informed decisions
Requirements
• 5+ years of social media management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role
• Extensive community management experience, including crisis management and sentiment monitoring
• Portfolio showcasing successful campaigns, engagement growth, and community building
• Strong writing and storytelling abilities across different tones and platforms
• Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting

• Video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
• Experience managing social media teams
