Master Artists for Business Solutions is hiring a Full-Time Virtual Assistant (French Speaker) to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage administrative operations, communicate effectively with French-speaking clients, and support internal teams with accuracy and professionalism.

Position Overview

Job Title: Virtual Assistant (French Speakers)

Work Type: Part-Time

Work Environment: Remote, fully online

Compensation: 125 EGP per hour + performance-based bonuses

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication:

Provide professional and timely support to French-speaking clients via email, chat, and internal systems.

Administrative Support:

Manage data entry, document organization, and record maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations.

Task & Project Coordination:

Assist in tracking tasks, meeting deadlines, and supporting multiple ongoing projects.

Calendar & Scheduling Management:

Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and task timelines efficiently.

Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare basic reports, summaries, and updates as required.

Process Adherence:

Follow company SOPs, confidentiality guidelines, and quality standards consistently.

Requirements

Experience:

Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.

Languages:

Fluent in French with strong English communication skills.

Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

High attention to detail

Ability to work independently

Professional written and verbal communication

Technical Requirements:

PC or laptop

Headset

Stable internet connection

Proficiency in Google Workspace

Knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) is a strong plus

Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is an added advantage
