We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to join our team and work on production ERP systems across multiple industries.
This is not a basic configuration role.
We need someone who understands architecture, performance, and clean code.
🔹 Requirements:
Strong experience with Odoo 16, 17 or 18 (Community and Enterprise)
Deep understanding of Odoo ORM, models, views, security rules
Experience with custom module development
Strong Python skills
PostgreSQL knowledge
Experience integrating APIs
Understanding of performance optimization and best practices
Git workflow experience
🔹 Nice to Have:
Experience with multi company setups
Odoo.sh or Docker deployments
Knowledge of accounting workflows
Experience in large scale production environments
