NetworkX.ai is a fast-growing SaaS company helping businesses generate leads and book appointments using AI-powered outreach systems. We are expanding our sales team and looking for an experienced Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to help us consistently fill our calendar with qualified prospects.
About the Role
This role is focused on outbound calling, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for our sales team. You will be speaking with business owners, founders, and decision-makers daily.
We are specifically looking for someone who is highly confident on the phone, strong communication skills, and proven cold calling experience.
Responsibilities
• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls daily
• Speak with business owners and decision makers
• Qualify leads using our scripts and frameworks
• Handle objections and keep conversations flowing
• Book qualified appointments directly into our calendar
• Accurately update CRM and call notes
• Meet and exceed weekly KPI targets
Requirements
• Proven experience in cold calling or appointment setting
• Excellent spoken English
• Confident, persuasive, and comfortable on the phone
• Strong objection handling and communication skills
• Reliable internet and quiet work environment
• Self-motivated and results driven
