Job Title: Relationship Manager – Retention, Reactivation & Redeposits
Responsibilities
• Re‑engage dormant accounts through prioritized outreach (phone, email, messaging).
• Maintain regular, market‑aware contact with active clients to encourage redeposits.
• Identify and flag at‑risk accounts showing reduced activity or withdrawal patterns.
• Escalate client issues to support, operations, and risk teams when needed.
• Provide feedback to management on recurring client concerns and trading friction points.
• Track and report on reactivation and redeposit performance metrics.
Qualifications
• Experience in client‑facing sales, account management, or relationship management.
• Demonstrable interest in trading, financial markets, or macro events.
• Comfortable discussing markets and trading behavior credibly, without hard selling.
• Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and operate across time zones.
• Prior experience in forex, CFDs, or online trading is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients.
