This is a part-time remote role for a Sales Representative focused on commission-based earnings. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting the organization’s training programs, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include prospect outreach, maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent client service, and participating in sales strategy discussions to enhance growth opportunities. Collaboration with the team and adherence to company policies will also be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and the team
Customer service and relationship management experience is essential
Proven sales skills, including ability to meet and exceed goals
Sales management and training experience is an added advantage
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage a flexible schedule
Previous experience in commission-based roles is a plus
