estaie is building the world’s first AI-native extended-stay platform.
We are not another OTA. We are building an intelligent hospitality system that learns from every booking – optimizing pricing, personalization, inventory intelligence, and operational decisions autonomously.

What You’ll Own
You will lead the design and deployment of the intelligence layer powering estaie.
From raw data to production ML serving, you will own the full lifecycle.

AI Architecture & Model Development
Build and deploy ML pipelines on Vertex AI Pipelines
Design pricing, recommendation, and personalization models
Build autonomous agents using LangGraph + Vertex AI SDK
Implement embeddings and semantic search with pgvector + Vertex Matching Engine
Fine-tune and integrate LLMs such as Gemini, GPT, Claude
Serve production models via NestJS APIs and Cloud Run

Data Engineering & Analytics
Architect clean, scalable data models in BigQuery and dbt
Build AI performance dashboards in Looker or Metabase
Run A/B experiments with Statsig and PostHog
Define and track AI KPIs such as pricing accuracy and extension prediction
Ensure data governance across UAE, KSA, and EU regions

Leadership & Impact
Mentor engineers and analysts on ML best practices
Translate business problems into AI-first systems
Contribute to long-term AI architecture and scalability planning

AI & ML: Vertex AI, LangGraph, Gemini APIs, pgvector, scikit-learn
Data: BigQuery, dbt, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage
Analytics: Looker, Metabase, Statsig, PostHog
Backend: NestJS, Cloud Run, Cloud Tasks
Languages: Python, SQL, TypeScript
Cloud: GCP Serverless Stack, Cloud DLP, Secret Manager

What We’re Looking For
5+ years in AI engineering, ML, or data engineering
Strong Python and SQL skills
Experience deploying ML pipelines in production
Strong grasp of feature engineering and evaluation
Experience with vector search and recommendation systems
Understanding of experimentation and analytics
Solid foundation in GCP and serverless infrastructure
Bonus if you’ve worked with LangChain or LangGraph, or have experience in applied AI products.
