Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Educational Services Sales Manager. The candidate will oversee sales operations, develop and execute sales strategies, and build relationships with clients to promote Bilingo Academy’s educational services. The role includes managing sales teams, identifying new opportunities, communicating with stakeholders, delivering high-quality customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to tailor solutions for client-specific educational needs is integral to the role.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including the ability to build professional relationships and engage with diverse clients
Background in Education, Training, or experience with educational services or programs
Leadership and Educational Leadership capabilities to manage sales teams and guide them toward success
Customer Service skills, with a focus on delivering client satisfaction and addressing needs effectively
Proficiency in Sales strategies, goal-setting, and achieving measurable results
Ability to manage projects, collaborate with teams, and provide personalized educational solutions
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Experience with remote work setup and tools is a plus
