You will serve as the financial backbone for a growing HVAC operation, managing the complex integration between ServiceTitan and QuickBooks. This role focuses on ensuring accurate financial reporting and streamlining multi-stream revenue reconciliation during a key scaling phase.

Responsibilities
Enter purchase orders into ServiceTitan daily and ensure seamless synchronization with QuickBooks
Perform comprehensive reconciliation work across multiple payment processing systems including Green Sky financing and NMI credit card processing
Process and manage vendor invoicing while troubleshooting ServiceTitan-related issues independently
Handle specialized American Home Shield revenue tracking that bypasses standard ServiceTitan workflows
Support critical 2025 financial cleanup and 2026 budget preparation processes
Manage complex multi-stream revenue reconciliation for franchise reporting requirements
Resolve integration challenges between field service software and accounting systems
Provide administrative support and light marketing assistance to maximize full-time hour utilization
Maintain accurate financial records during seasonal business fluctuations
Collaborate directly with business ownership on financial strategy and process improvement
Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceTitan software and its QuickBooks integration capabilities (MUST)
Advanced QuickBooks proficiency with certification preferred
Experience managing daily bookkeeping operations and multi-system financial reconciliation
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex software integration issues
Familiarity with HVAC or field service industry accounting practices
Experience with multiple payment processing platforms and financing company reconciliation
Bonus if you have franchise accounting experience or knowledge of seasonal business financial management
It helps if you’re comfortable with basic administrative tasks and light marketing support
