The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer (Python/React.js) to join our fast-growing Network.
As a Full-Stack Developer, you will have a unique opportunity to join a team focused on solving the technology challenges in automating sales & procurement workflows, building material recommendation systems to match demand and supply, and developing internal and external user interfaces.

You’ll be passionate about product and user experience – customers are at the heart of what you do and that empathy drives your decision.

What we are looking for:

Strong experience in backend-heavy fullstack development using Python and JavaScript
Hands-on experience with FastAPI and React.js
Proficiency in building REST APIs and designing performant database models
Strong understanding of system architecture and microservices design
Experience with Kubernetes platforms, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially GCP (preferred), and tools like AWS Lambda or GCP Functions
Knowledge of identity providers such as Auth0 or Okta and OpenID Connect
Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum
High coding standards, including Design Patterns, TDD, and Clean Code principles
Strong analytical and debugging skills
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
(Nice to have) Experience in MLOps
Located in CET timezone (+/- 3 hours), we are unable to consider applications from candidates in other time zones.

Responsibilities:

Implement end-to-end automations in sales and procurement processes
Develop robust backend services and occasional frontend components using modern frameworks
Design and build scalable data processing pipelines and microservices
Contribute to system architecture and design from scratch
Write maintainable and reusable production-grade code and participate in code reviews
Collaborate in software design discussions and translate user requirements into valuable product features
Work closely with a cross-disciplinary agile team with shared responsibility and autonomy
