🔹 Position: Cold Caller (Full-Time, Remote)
🔹 Industry: US Real Estate / Roofing
🔹 Schedule: 10-hour fixed shift
🔹 Weekends: Friday, Saturday & Sunday (Fixed days off)
🧩 Requirements:
Fluent in English with no accent
Minimum of 6 months’ experience as a US Real Estate Cold Caller (MUST)
Fresh graduates, undergraduates on a gap year, and dropouts are welcome
Reliable high-speed internet
Quiet workspace with no background noise
Fast computer/laptop
USB headset
💼 Compensation & Benefits:
Starting pay: $3.5/hr, increasing up to $4/hr based on performance
Performance-based salary structure
Monthly bonuses: $25 up to $130
Payments bi-weekly via PayPal or Payoneer
