We’re looking for a versatile and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team and work closely with our Marketing Manager to execute and support a wide range of marketing activities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment and is eager to learn and grow across various areas of marketing. This is a remote role, with occasional on-site participation for events or marketing activities that require physical presence.

🔍 About the Role

As a Marketing Specialist at Smart System, you’ll assist in planning, creating, executing, and managing marketing efforts across multiple channels and formats. This role is ideal for a generalist with 1–3 years of experience who is comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities and can follow direction while also showing initiative.

You’ll be supporting day-to-day operations and helping alleviate work pressure by taking on delegated tasks in areas such as:

Social media management
Email marketing campaigns
Event marketing & coordination
Search engine optimization (SEO)
Document and presentation preparation
Vendor and partner relationship management
Strategic marketing planning
Marketing materials development and management

✅ Qualifications

1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing or a related field
Excellent command of English – both written and spoken (B2+)
Very strong skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
A fast learner with the ability to follow directions and work independently
Strong attention to detail and a sense of ownership over tasks
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, reliable, and organized
