Key Responsibilities

Provide on-site and remote technical support for Hithium’s BESS projects in Egypt, including installation guidance, commissioning, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting.
Respond to client inquiries and technical issues in a timely manner, ensure problems are resolved efficiently to minimize project downtime.
Conduct technical training for clients, contractors, and local partners on Hithium’s products and operation procedures.
Prepare and submit post-sales reports (installation records, maintenance logs, fault analysis reports, etc.) in accordance with company standards.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, R&D, Supply Chain) to feedback client needs and product improvement suggestions.
Maintain good relationships with local clients to enhance customer loyalty and promote long-term cooperation.
Comply with local safety regulations and company quality management systems during on-site operations.
Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related fields.
2-3 years of relevant work experience in after-sales support for energy storage systems (BESS), solar PV, or power electronics equipment; experience in the Egyptian market is a plus.
Familiar with the working principle and operation of battery energy storage systems or similar power equipment; knowledge of Hithium products is an advantage.
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic (must-have, for daily communication with local clients and international teams).
Strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently to handle on-site technical issues under pressure.
Willingness to travel within Egypt (occasionally, based on project needs).
Good communication, teamwork, and customer service awareness.
Familiar with local electrical standards and safety regulations in Egypt is preferred.
