The Presales Executive plays a strategic role in supporting revenue growth by translating client business requirements into well-structured, technically sound, and commercially viable solutions. This role serves as a critical bridge between the Sales, Technical, and Delivery teams, ensuring that proposals are competitive, clear, and aligned with both client expectations and organizational capabilities within the Saudi market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyse client business challenges and translate them into structured solution designs, scopes of work, and formal proposals
• Develop end-to-end technical and commercial proposals, including solution architecture, implementation approach, timelines, and pricing models
• Lead requirements discovery sessions with clients to clarify objectives, constraints, and success criteria
• Own and articulate the proposal value proposition, ensuring alignment between solution benefits, pricing strategy, and client outcomes
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure feasibility, compliance, and cost accuracy
• Support Sales teams during client presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations
• Ensure all proposals comply with internal governance, approval frameworks, and Saudi regulatory or market-specific requirements
• Maintain proposal documentation standards and contribute to continuous improvement of presales processes
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, or a similar role within a software, technology, or digital services environment
• Strong and demonstrable understanding of software solutions, including system architecture, integrations, cloud-based platforms, and enterprise applications
• Proven experience translating technical concepts into business-aligned solutions for senior stakeholders
• Solid understanding of commercial models, pricing strategies, and cost structures
• Experience working with enterprise or government clients within the Saudi market is highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
