Compensation: $30-55 /hour
Commitment: 10-40 hours/week
What You’ll Do
Review soil and water conservation scenarios used in AI training.
Assess accuracy of content related to erosion control, watershed management, and soil health.
Identify flawed assumptions or impractical recommendations.
Provide structured feedback to improve scientific rigor and clarity.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
Who You Are
3+ years of experience in soil science, hydrology, or conservation planning.
Strong understanding of soil processes, water systems, and conservation techniques.
Able to evaluate applied environmental science reasoning.
Comfortable reviewing technical written content.
Nice to Have
Graduate degree in Soil Science, Hydrology, or related field.
Experience with field assessments or conservation planning tools.
Familiarity with AI or content evaluation workflows.
