Key Responsibilities:

· Own and manage relationships with existing customers, ensuring timely execution of maintenance and software renewals

· Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the installed customer base

· Proactively engage customers to understand evolving business and technical requirements

· Generate, qualify, and nurture new leads in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, pipeline, and opportunity data in CRM systems

· Support Account Directors with account intelligence, customer insights, and opportunity development

· Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Support, Professional Services, Finance, and Revenue Operations) to ensure a seamless customer experience

· Contribute to account plans and customer engagement strategies to drive long-term growth

 

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, customer-facing commercial roles, or business development

· Experience working with telecommunications operators or related ecosystem players (e.g. vendors, infrastructure providers)

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field

· Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales and lead management processes

· Experience supporting or working alongside field sales or account management teams

· Fluency in written and spoken English & Arabic

· Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills

· Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into commercial opportunities

· Structured, disciplined approach to lead generation and pipeline management

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple internal teams and functions

· Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
