They’re hiring for a Membership Sales role to help attract and close new members of their community.
The right person will be energized by connecting with founders, understanding their goals, and helping them see how this network can accelerate their business growth.
Need to have qualifications:
Proven experience in a high energy sales role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills on video calls and written follow-up
Ability to manage 6–8 virtual calls per day with professionalism and energy
Great pipeline hygiene in the CRM
Nice to have:
Experience with Hubspot
Experience supporting women-led or entrepreneurial communities
Background in membership growth or community engagement
Passion for entrepreneurship and empowering women founders
Familiarity with Google Suite, CRM reporting, and virtual event platforms
Responsibilities:
Conduct 6–8 daily Zoom calls with prospective and existing members to understand needs and recommend relevant programs
Act as a trusted advisor, guiding members toward offerings aligned with their goals
Maintain accurate documentation and follow-ups in the CRM to track performance and conversions
Collaborate with the Membership and Community teams to refine outreach and improve the member journey
Consistently meet or exceed membership enrollment and satisfaction targets
Represent the brand with warmth, curiosity, and professionalism in every interaction
Identify opportunities to strengthen the community experience and drive engagement across programs and events
