This role presents a unique opportunity to take HubSpot buildout projects end-to-end across all Hubs in a high-growth agency environment.
Role Description
We’re looking for a HubSpot CRM Specialist to join our client’s team. If you’re a HubSpot expert with robust understanding across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs, strong workflow and property configuration skills, and passionate about delivering client projects on deadline, this could be the opportunity for you. You’ll play a crucial role in taking HubSpot buildout projects from start to finish and coordinating with Project Managers to ensure timely delivery. This position offers significant personal and professional growth within a fast-paced HubSpot agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Delivery – Take HubSpot buildout projects end-to-end across all Hubs including Sales, Marketing, and Service Hub configurations.
Project Coordination – Coordinate with Project Manager to meet project deadlines; maintain clear communication on progress and blockers.
Minimum Qualifications
HubSpot Expertise – Robust understanding of HubSpot across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hub; proven implementation experience required.
Workflow Mastery – Strong understanding of workflows including trigger logic, branching, delays, and automation best practices.
Property Configuration – Strong understanding of properties including custom property creation, field mapping, and data structure design.
Custom Reporting – Strong understanding of custom reporting including dashboard creation, report building, and data visualisation.
Bonus Qualifications
HubSpot Certification – HubSpot certifications across multiple Hubs demonstrating platform expertise.
API Integration Experience – Experience with HubSpot API integrations and third-party platform connections.
