Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an ERP Customer Support Specialist at HAL Simplify. The specialist will be responsible for providing customer support related to enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, addressing business process improvement, and utilizing analytical skills to enhance business processes.
Qualifications
Understanding of Business Process like Procure – Pay, Order – Cash
Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software (Any established software for the full cycle)
Fluent in Accounting concepts and knowledge of Accounting standards
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Strong bi lingual (English & Arabic) communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration
