Job Overview:
Our client is hiring an experienced Android Developer to architect and build world-class Android applications that run on a broad range of devices. You’ll join a team that takes full ownership of the app lifecycle and delivers polished, performant experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
● Design, implement, test, and maintain Android apps with high performance and
responsiveness.
Build feature-rich applications using modern Android tools and frameworks.
● Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to architect solutions that meet
business goals.
Engage in code reviews, documentation, and mentoring less experienced developers.
● Optimize application performance and ensure compatibility across multiple API levels
and devices.
● Work with QA to resolve defects and ensure the highest product quality.
Required Qualifications:
● 5+ years of professional Android development experience.
● Strong knowledge of Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack libraries (Room, WorkManager,
Navigation).
Expertise in API integration, JSON parsing, and persistence solutions.
● Experience with different Android versions and device form factors.
● Solid background with asynchronous programming, dependency injection, and modular
architecture.
Preferred Skills:
● Experience with Wearables or Android TV integration.
● Familiarity with testing frameworks and tooling (Espresso, JUnit), CI/CD.
