Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for an RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) Specialist based in Egypt. The RCM Specialist will oversee end-to-end revenue cycle processes, including billing, coding, claims submission, payment posting, and follow-ups. Daily responsibilities also include resolving billing inquiries, ensuring accuracy in insurance claims, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The role requires frequent collaboration with medical staff, patients, and payers to ensure seamless billing and efficient reimbursement processes.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, and claims management
Experience with accounts receivable management and payment posting
Skills in problem-solving, follow-up processes, and resolving billing disputes
Proficiency in using healthcare billing systems and software
Solid understanding of healthcare insurance policies, payer guidelines, and regulatory compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and clients
Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently in a remote setup
Experience in RCM or a medical billing role, with familiarity in the healthcare system
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
1–2 years RCM or ICD-10 CPT coding experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine, pharmacy, or related fields
Flexibility to work US hours (Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM– 1:00 AM)
Based in Egypt (applications from other locations will not be considered)
Excellent English (both written and spoken)
Accepts salary offered 9,000 EGP/month
Own laptop and stable internet connection.
