Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated App Support specialist with 3-5 years of experience to ensure the stability, performance, and availability of our critical business applications. This role requires a blend of technical troubleshooting skills and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Incident Management: Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues (Level 2/3 support) reported by end-users or monitoring systems.
Problem Resolution: Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and collaborate with development teams to implement permanent fixes.
Monitoring & Maintenance: Configure and maintain application monitoring tools, perform scheduled maintenance, and assist with application deployments.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive support runbooks, knowledge base articles, and incident logs.
User Communication: Communicate effectively with end-users and stakeholders regarding incident status, maintenance windows, and resolution steps.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or Technical Support role.
Proficiency in querying databases (SQL/NoSQL) for troubleshooting and data extraction.
Experience with application monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace, Prometheus).
Familiarity with ITIL best practices for Incident and Problem Management.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
