– Fixed Night Shifts -Fixed Days Off
– Junior Agents/No Experience Needed
Salary Details:
Junior agent getting the minimum target 8k at least and up to 10.5k
Senior agent basic 8k and unlimited KPIs with 100 L.E. Per lead starting the first lead (Junior agent can be Senior if he got 120 leads TOTAL for two consecutive months)
– 44-50 Leads = 6k Basic + 1750 KPIs
– 51-60 Leads = 6k Basic + 2.5K KPIs + 2K extra Bonus(10,500EGP)
– 61 Leads = 6k Basic + 3050 KPIs + 3K extra Bonus(12,050 EGP)
– 80 Leads= 6k Basic + 4K KPIs + 6K extra Bonus (16,000 EGP)
and so on based on Leads
