Job Description:
As a Talenta evangelist, you will leverage your professional network to inspire and empower recruiters to adopt Talenta and help shape the platform’s roadmap and vision by feeding users feedback.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a brand ambassador for Talenta, promoting it and driving adoption among recruiters.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of Talenta platform by exploring all available tutorial videos and learning its key features and capabilities.
Connect with and inspire prospective recruiters within your direct and indirect networks who share your enthusiasm for emerging technologies and AI-driven innovations in recruitment.
Conduct impactful demo sessions for prospective recruiters, effectively showcasing Talenta’s value and capabilities. You will be supported by powerful marketing material and our technical team’s expertise as needed.
Capture participants feedback to support ongoing product and UX improvements.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist, Technical Recruiter, or similar.
Passion for AI and its transformative impact on recruitment, demonstrated through hands-on experience with modern, AI-driven recruiting tools.
Strong commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
Experience driving adoption of new technologies or leading change initiatives in recruitment is a big plus.
Qualifications and Skills:
Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
