Role Description

We’re looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to help us grow our global presence. This role combines lead generation, LinkedIn campaign execution, and LinkedIn page management. The specialist will be responsible for generating qualified leads, running targeted LinkedIn paid campaigns, managing our LinkedIn company presence, and supporting our marketing funnel.

 

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage targeted lead lists for AFS Markets.

• Run outbound email sequences and follow-up workflows

• Plan, launch, and optimize LinkedIn paid campaigns

• Manage and grow our LinkedIn company page

• Track performance metrics and report weekly

• Support webinar promotion and audience growth

• Collaborate with sales to ensure high-quality lead handover

 

Qualifications

Fluency in English is a MUST.
0-2 years experience in B2B lead generation.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Experience with email automation tools (HubSpot is a plus).
Excellent research and communication skills.
Growth Mindset.
Prior experience in Fintech, SaaS, Consulting or banking is a strong plus.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, or Business Administration.
