We are currently seeking experienced Remote Talent Acquisition Specialists to support our clients across the Middle East. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and ambitious team while working fully remotely.

 

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

Location: Remote – MENA Region

 

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout.
Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates’ fit for both the role and company culture.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring satisfaction on both sides.
Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout all recruitment stages.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide guidance on optimal hiring solutions.
Continuously optimize recruitment processes to enhance quality and the overall candidate experience.
Provide transparent and constructive feedback to candidates and clients.
Support onboarding efforts to ensure new hires transition smoothly and integrate well into their teams.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in the Middle East.
Experience in a recruitment firm is strongly preferred.
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on candidate experience.
Strong ability to handle high-volume recruitment without compromising quality.
Fluency in English is required.
Arabic and French are a strong plus.
