We’re looking for a talented hands-on, Web3 Engineer who’s passionate about enabling users to have more control and ownership over their data and online interaction. You’ll work closely with the founding team and lead to build an intuitive, high-performing, platform that helps users manage their online currency effortlessly.

This position offers significant growth potential. Take ownership of backend and full stack architecture to drive key technical decisions. There’s a clear path toward leadership opportunities, including a CTO position.

Essential skills:

Hands-on experience with Web3 technologies; blockchain, NFTs and decentralized applications (dApps).
You can lead and build, simultaneously.
Exposure in a high-growth FinTech (Crypto Blockchain Web3) start-up.
Serverless backend deployment with Cloudflare or similar.
AI driven engineering. An expert at applying AI to accelerate coding, testing and architectural decision-making.
Career success working alongside non-technical stakeholders.

Day to day:

Collaborate with a small, established engineering team to maintain, enhance and evolve our live platform.
Ensure code is structured, reusable and scalable to support ongoing growth and new features.
Integrate AI tools to improve development, testing, architecture and overall delivery processes.
Partner closely with product founders to refine and implement high-impact features and solutions.
Monitor and improve platform performance by coordinating with the team to resolve technical issues and maintain seamless continuous delivery.
Contribute to the platform’s technical strategy, including vendor management, infrastructure decisions and scaling initiatives.
Act as a bridge between engineering and leadership, providing clear updates and technical insights.
Mentor and support the professional growth of the engineering team; fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
