Go-to-Market Intern (Commission-Based Challenge)

Program Duration: This is a one-month, full-time challenge, with the position running during the November – December 2025 period.

Responsibilities

Design and execute a full, budget-free go-to-market plan for customers.
Use Gemini Pro to perform market research and build target account lists.
Source, qualify, and prioritize leads through LinkedIn outbound and other channels.
Create and run outreach sequences with consistent follow-up until closed or disqualified.
Craft high-quality sales and marketing assets using Canva Pro to support outreach.
Manage and update pipeline status in the agreed CRM or tracking system.
Conduct discovery calls, demo product value, and negotiate initial commercial terms.
Track key metrics, report weekly progress, and surface learnings and risks.
Run iterative tests on messaging, channels, and conversion flows to improve results.
Collaborate with founders, product, and sales to enable smooth handoffs and onboarding.

Qualifications

Ambitious, self-driven learner with a strong ownership mindset.
Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, outbound outreach, or similar tools preferred.
Comfortable conducting sales calls, presenting value propositions, and negotiating deals.
Basic understanding of marketing and sales fundamentals or a willingness to learn rapidly.
Able to work independently, deliver senior-level quality, and meet tight deadlines.
Available full-time for the one-month challenge and able to operate within the European market.
Familiarity with AI market research tools such as Gemini Pro is a plus.
Experience creating visual assets in Canva Pro is a plus.

Compensation

Paid internship — commission-based on the first payment from any client you bring in.
Payments and commission are made in USD.
No guaranteed stipend or base salary unless explicitly stated in the offer.
