About the Opportunity
Are you an experienced and passionate English teacher looking for a stable, full-time remote opportunity? Join our growing team and specialize in preparing ambitious Chinese young and adult learners for the IELTS exam! We are seeking dedicated educators to deliver high-quality online lessons 5 days per week from the comfort of their home.
This role requires a commitment to helping students achieve their target scores through expert-led, focused instruction.
Key Responsibilities
– Conduct full-time online English lessons focused heavily on IELTS preparation (all four skills: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
– Teach both young learners and adults from China.
Convert trial lesson students into regular, full-time students through engaging and effective introductory lessons.
– Manage a stable schedule and maintain high student retention.
– Provide constructive feedback and track student progress toward their IELTS goals.
– Adhere to the full-time shift commitment.
Working Hours (A Must-Have)
Full-Time Shift: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
Time: 4:00 PM to 12:00 Midnight, Egypt Time (EET).

Compensation Structure
Trial Lesson Rate (50 minutes): $1 USD per hour. (The company provides the trial lesson students.)
Normal Lesson Rate (50 minutes): $2 USD per hour.
Conversion is key! Your primary goal is to convert trial students into regular students to increase your stable lesson income.

Qualifications
Proven experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL/EFL).
Strong, demonstrable experience teaching the IELTS exam (General and/or Academic modules) is highly preferred.
A relevant teaching certificate (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, etc.) is a must, but we can help you get qualified and certified.
Native or near-native English proficiency.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
A reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and professional teaching environment.
