Job Description
The email marketing manager (contract) will play a critical role in the digital marketing team, developing, executing, and scaling[CC1] a strategy for audience and revenue growth[CC2] . With consecutive years of growth in this channel, we are looking for a part-time role[CC3] to build a strategic and data-driven foundation to accelerate progress with increased focus on personalization, testing, and optimization.
Essential Duties:
Develop and execute strategic plans for email marketing that drives revenue and retains and grows email community
Develop and execute a segmentation and personalization strategy that drives increased engagement and revenue
Collaborate with digital marketing and creative teams on email content and creative execution and email calendar management
Develop strategy and execute marketing automation flows [CC2] that generate revenue and enhance the customer journey
Build out emails in Klaviyo, QA, and deploy emails
Collaborate with digital manager on strategy for email list growth
Manage email list and list health
Regularly analyze performance of emails and provide strategic recommendations for continued improvement
Manage technical integrations of ESP
