Vista Innovative Solutions, LLC (VIS) is seeking a .Net Developer. The candidate must be able to perform the tasks listed below (but are not limited to the tasks listed below). This position is 100% remote.
What You’ll Do:
Using C, C++ and C#, write both web front end code and server side code which interacts with all the systems with which an interface exists. This includes but is not limited to: Active Directory, Open LDAP, Sybase, SQL Server, Oracle and Mainframe.
Create and call web services.
Create and maintain user accounts that are created and maintained within Active Directory and LDAP.
Ability to interact with a database to include adding, updating and deleting both tables and records.
Operate a Windows 2019 server running IIS 10, and manage registry values.
Provide production support to users in the field when issues arise that are not solved by the Helpdesk.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology;
At least 10 years’ experience using Microsoft Visual Studio for Web based development;
Demonstrate a high level of competence in object-oriented analysis, design and coding in a .NET server-side environment.
At least 5 years’ experience using a major database (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, etc…);
Experience in writing SQL (select, insert, update, and delete statements);
Comfortable with debugging and analyzing software errors;
Comfortable with object oriented analysis and design;
Comfortable working with and writing HTML and XML;
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
CompTIA Security+ Certification required
Computing Environment training or certification valid in ATCTS is required to meet IA requirements
Must possess a Secret Clearance (interim is acceptable to start)
